I have started posting to this blog as a way for me to document my journey into veganism, and jsut to talk about my daily life. I hope to share with you my adventures and misadventures in my new vegan life.
Before starting the vegan change I was a vegetarian for 11 years. Many occassions I said I could NEVER go vegan because I LOVED cheese. Plain and simple (it was delicious). I’m learning to live without it and have not had too many instances where I really miss it…so maybe I could have done this years ago??
I share a home in Maine with my husband Dave and our kitty, Savannah, aka cat. We’re looking to sell this joint and move to Portland Oregon.
We are considering getting tattoos…I wonder if it really hurts all that much.
I love to cook and I love to create things, aka craft. I will be linking soon to my Etsy store so that I can share my wares with you all.
